For over 35 years, Lance Shields experience has ranged from investment banking to operational and business consulting. During this period, Mr. Shields worked as Chairman and CEO of a national securities firm with offices in all the major U.S. financial centres. Additionally, during his career, he has been a member of every stock and options exchange in the United States, including the New York Stock Exchange. Mr. Shields retired from Wall Street in 1996 and is now the Member Manager of Shields Capital Partners, LLC
