Step 1:

Design your presentation to “Small Investors”.

Pursue raising capital from small investors. We define small investors as individual investors who will invest less than $25,000 each. There are probably 20,000 plus small investors within a 25 mile radius of your location who have $10,000. or more dollars.

To raise $1,000,000 you need to convince 100 of these small investors to put up $10,000 each. That goal is both possible and feasible.

The greatest possibility of success rests with making your presentation to “small investors” They are more likely to be persuaded by your idea and place less emphasis on track record and other negatives. The real issue is identifying which of them would be interested in your idea and getting them to read your presentation (business plan).
