We search for companies that offer turnaround value. Small business management does not often use techniques that are available to optimize their business operations and revenue. We sometimes see companies where the small business owner has reached a plateau in their revenue and just doesn't know how to break out to the next level. A small business with good revenue stream and earnings potential can have added value by tweaking their sales, marketing and operations.

The minimum investment unit is $25,000. Prior to committing any money, each investor is first provided with a Private Placement Memorandum and a Signature Agreement Packet that complies with Securities & Exchange Regulation D Offering.
