Small Angel Investors are "accredited" investors who will generally invest amounts up to $50,000

A small angel investor is always the best deal for small businesses and/or start ups. You will always get the best deal with a group of small investors rather than a single large investor. Of course, you may wish to pursue professional investors but I would recommend doing that within an overall plan that first focuses on raising capital from small investors. This is your likely target market. If you are focusing on raising capital from small investors you can incorporate the occasional professional investor solicitation without damaging your odds of being successful.
