Obtain Non-Disclosure Agreement

After three days, contact the prospects and ask if they have received the material. Advise them that you can provide a more in-depth document, but you will need a signed non-disclosure agreement before releasing the information. You can fax or email the agreement to them, or you can include it with the skeletal pamphlet and have them fax it back to you. Make sure the name on the returned document is the prospect’s.
